Meet the Trainers
Allow us to introduce ourselves.

BOSS LADY/TRAINER
Kaitlyn Callahan
Growing up I always knew I wanted to spend my life working with animals. From volunteering at rescues, working as a kennel technician, a veterinary receptionist, and now a full-time trainer. My passion has always been helping people live better lives with their dogs. They bring us so much joy, especially when we can communicate with each other correctly.

The journey of owning and training dogs is a continuous cycle of learning and developing. I continue to educate myself by going to seminars, online courses, and reading from some of the most well-known trainers worldwide. I pride myself in being open minded and training the dog in front of me as there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to our pets.

TRAINER
Leslie Plummer
Hi friends! My name is Leslie and I am Kaitlyn's right hand man here at Composed Canine. I have been professionally training humans and their dogs since 2009. I am a graduate of Casper College, Sheridan College, and Animal Behavior College along with many seminars and workshops including Sue Sternberg, Larry Krohn, and Ian Dunbar.
I believe that each dog and handler learn at their own pace and each with their own approach, so I strive to help each team feel confident in the way they are learning together. Because of that, I am continually learning from other trainers, professionals, and handlers through seminars and continuing education to be able to have the most versatile, beneficial tools and techniques available to my clients. There isn't a one-size-fits-all when it comes to dog training. My goal is to help you get the most out of your relationship with your dog, in the most effective way.
When we aren't helping clients, I love spending time with my people, going to concerts, running with my dogs competing in a variety of dog sports like dock diving and agility, and just enjoying the outdoors with my herd of ferals. I'm excited to meet you all and your dogs and help you on your journeys!
